our goal at restaurant omakase is to offer a spontaneous tasting menu using seasonal produce grown locally in the Reeves Family Organic Garden especially for chef brein. with the help of the reeves family, chef brein is able to work with produce picked fresh from the ground each day. our wine list hosts boutique wines from around the world, most of which are rarely seen on other menus and in most cases the wineries make less than 500 cases of each variety.
